Classic 84

It’s a very systematic sequence of warming up exercises to prepare the body and performing the postures in such a way that body can last perfectly for almost 2 hours and 15 minutes creating enough flexibility and strength.

Hatha-Raja 90 - 75 - 60 

A traditional Hatha yoga system where you would prepare your body part by part by using yoga exercises and then perform Yoga postures to their maximum depth.
