Yoga Kul Method

Is a system of techniques that will help prepare the human body to provide a complete access to the joints and muscles so that you can enter the yoga postures with comfort and least muscular resistance; by increasing your mental and physical flexibility, strengthening your whole body and giving you access to the therapeutical benefits of hatha yoga postures.

This one hour session of 60 backbends and basic spinal postures will give you tremendous strength and flexibility in your spine and is good for all levels of yoga practitioners.

Flexibility

The Yogakul core system of traditional Hatha yoga which is designed to increase the natural range of motion of every joint in the human body.

​

In this 75 minutes of the class, you would go deeper into the flexibility of every joint and muscle in your body and will notice a great improvement in your yoga practice in the very same session.

Level : Beginner - Intermediate

Classic 84

It’s a very systematic sequence of warming up exercises to prepare the body and performing the postures in such a way that body can last perfectly for almost 2 hours and 15 minutes creating enough flexibility and strength to perform the basic postures up to the best capabilities of students as well as exploring the possibilities of practicing advance postures in the same session.

Hatha - Raja 75

A traditional Hatha yoga system where you would prepare your body part by part by using yoga exercises and then perform Yoga postures to their maximum depth.

 

A compact version of Yogakul’s principal series which has 49 yoga poses following the same traditional method of Yogakul to warm up the body and perform the yoga postures.
